Overview

Uptrade is settlement software for trading companies: businesses that buy goods from manufacturers and resell them to retailers. Manufacturers can't produce small orders and retailers can't buy in bulk, so trading companies stock up in between. Uptrade gives them one lightweight tool for HR, CRM, their web shop and finance.

The challenge

Uptrade was launching in Hong Kong and needed the system to work globally, including in mainland China, which comes with its own hosting and access constraints.

What we built

UDT provided a dedicated team that took on Uptrade's requirements and helped the product go live in Hong Kong. The stack is ReactJS on the front end with Express and Node.js behind it, with web and mobile views for products and orders.

Uptrade provides a simple and lightweight tool to integrate HR, CRM, Web Shop and financial features.
