About the role

• Identify and research potential clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Work with the sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are delivered as agreed
• Gather insights from customer and competitor data
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies that support the business
• Identify, track and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with the pricing team to prepare rate proposals
• Drive the end-to-end sales process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, English or PR
• At least 3 years of account management experience at an advertising, marketing or digital agency, including account plan development and resource management
• Experience writing campaign strategies and brand narratives
• Strong writing skills, especially for proposals and presentations
• Good verbal and written English
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
• Leadership, teamwork and a goal-oriented, detail-oriented, persistent approach
• Skilled negotiator
• Handles stress and deadline pressure well
